Material Summary:

No. 4 alloy is a nickel-chromium-ferrous alloy that offers excellent chemical resistance. Another notable characteristic is the chrome oxide layer which provides superior bonding strength. Using No.4 alloy pin with stainless steel housing and Elan 13 or 48 glass creates a strong hermetic compression seal.
